IMDEA Nanociencia participates in the XII 'Madrid Es Ciencia' Fair

Madrid, March 27th, 2023. The Madrid Institute for Advanced Studies in Nanoscience (IMDEA Nanociencia) has participated in the XII edition of the “Madrid Es Ciencia2 fair, held at the IFEMA fairgrounds. From March 23 to 25, IMDEA Nanociencia researchers showed visitors – children and the general public – the science that is done in the institute's laboratories. Researchers from the groups of Ana Pizarro, Alberto Bollero, Daniel Granados, Juan Cabanillas, Enrique Cánovas, José Sánchez Costa, Mariela Menghini, Alvaro Somoza, Valle Palomo, Teresa Gonzalez and Paco Guinea have participated in the event. Organized by the Madri+d Foundation, the exhibition has received more than 24.000 visitors. IMDEA Nanociencia participates in a joint stand with the other six IMDEA centers of Comunidad de Madrid.
With more than 600 activities, “Madrid es Ciencia” is proposed as an integral sample of the capacities in R + D + i of Comunidad de Madrid for the construction of a sustainable future, showing citizens the response that Science, Technology and Innovation can give to the challenges of the planet.
